Technical Marketing Manager

The Technical Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of n&k’s business initiatives by aligning technical capabilities with market demands. This position focuses on fostering customer relationships, tailoring technical value propositions, and contributing to the company’s strategic growth within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer-Centric Engagement: Proactively identify and address customer needs by engaging in n&k’s various business initiatives, ensuring alignment with market demands and trends.
• Strategic Promotion: Develop and deliver impactful presentations to highlight the value and applications of n&k’s technology and products, customizing messaging to address the unique technical requirements of each account.
• Effective Communication: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Prepare detailed internal reports outlining strategic plans, customer feedback, and business performance. Actively participate in Customer Support and Sales meetings to contribute insights and drive results.
• Collaboration with Representatives: Work closely with local representatives to align efforts, maximize outreach, and ensure seamless communication with customers.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, providing comprehensive support to the existing n&k customer base and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
